Many lecturers are migrating to the Library's online reading list service called MyReadingList@TCD.  It provides dynamic links to records in our catalogue, STELLA search.  It can be accessed from the Library's homepage or can be embedded in any BlackBoard module. Contact me with your book requests via email.  Turnaround time varies for print titles (approx. 4 weeks) so please order in time for student courses. Ebooks can in many cases be added instantly to our system with a catalogue record appearing shortly after upload.  Please also note that ebook providers may have different access rules (e.g. full or partial downloads permitted).

When requesting material, please indicate whether :

• it is a once off request for personal use
• course reading material
• course details (module number and title), student numbers, postgraduate/undergraduate/certificate course
• preference for print or online (or both if budget allows)

If you avail of the online reading list service, titles not in our collection will be identified and purchased on your behalf. In this instance I will liaise with you for any additional order specifications.  

As journal subscriptions involve an ongoing financial commitment, these items may require further discussions with our Accessions team.
